Product Description

Hard wearing lawnseed mix specially designed for tough lawns for sports, amenity, recreation or hardy play areas for kids.

GREEN GLEN Special diamond is great for recreation areas but is also hugely popular for ornamental lawns with great colour and a great wear tolerance.

A blend of Liromeo dwarf perennial and jasperina creeping red fescue produces a really hardy lawn with fantastic colour. They have a shorter growth habit and a thicker sward. They produce fine leaves that tolerate heavy usage and drought really well while maintaining fantastic appearance.

Coverage is 20m sq metres for new lawns and 40 sq metres for overseeding.

Good disease resistance. Good winter hardiness. Tolerates many harsh climates. High shade tolerance. Lush green colour. Slow regrowth with dense sward. DEFRA, DAR, NAW, SEERAD certified. Top Quality grass seed from Glenullin (Glen of the Eagle) in Ireland. The EMERALD ISLE may be green, but when it comes to grass we're not, we know our green green grass!  Approx weight per bag: 900G
